Known for gorgeous melody, spellbinding coloratura, and virtuoso vocal fireworks, the first new Met production of Bellini's final masterpiece in nearly 50 years stars Lisette Oropesa and Lawrence Brownlee.

January 15–17 at 7:00 pm

This concert explores the legendary composer's connection to Africa. Co-music-directed by saxophonists Chris Lewis and Alexa Tarantino, the JLCO with Wynton Marsalis brings new life to compositions drawn from Ellington's Afro-Bossa, Liberian Suite, and the Grammy Award-winning Togo Brava Suite.

Yefim Bronfman performs Schumann's Piano Concerto, one of the most impassioned statements of the Romantic era. Also on the program, Tchaikovsky's Symphony No. 2 and Chen Yi's Landscape Impression.

Veteran Puerto Rican salsa band Conjunto Imagen headline an evening of FREE social dance, showcasing their versatility and expertise in the form as part of Lincoln Center's ¡VAYA! series.

Winter at NYCB opens with two George Balanchine masterworks—the sweeping classic Serenade and the powerful parable Prodigal Son—punctuated by Alexei Ratmansky's refreshing take on the classic Paquita.

FLC hosts the writer Melissa Anderson for a screening of Laura Citarella's Trenque Lauquen (2022), a limitless, mercurial journey through stories nested within stories set in and around the Argentinean city.

Tuesday, January 27 at 7:30 pm

Soprano Joélle Harvey, tenor Paul Appleby, and baritone John Moore showcase Bach's skillful vocal writing, including the "Coffee Cantata," a short comic opera about the drink that took Europe by storm.
