Meditation provides a moment to pause, breathe, and be present, cultivating calm and mental clarity that supports your overall wellbeing, says Dr. Erin Engle, a psychologist at NewYork-Presbyterian and Columbia. It also provides other important health benefits, like reduced physical tension and stress, improved sleep, and more support for your body’s healing processes. So come take a break with us at this guided music meditation session, designed to help you reflect and reset with intention.
